Change delivery date: As long as it is more than 48 hours, we will change your delivery date.
Refunds: reason for refund and include your order ID. Full refunds are provided only 48 hours before delivery.
Change Christmas tree size: request a change of Christmas tree size, 48 hours prior to delivery.
What time will the Christmas tree be delivery? We are unable to estimate a delivery time prior to the actual delivery day, if you have chosen an installation, the driver will call you prior to arrival.

Delivery outside our boundaries: We do our best to delivery to all of the areas, if your area is not showing up, email us with your address and preferred day of delivery.
Complaints: send photos of your Christmas tree and describe your concern.
