We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with our real Christmas trees. Please review our Returns & Refund Policy below:

Returns:

  • We do not accept returns for real Christmas trees after delivery, except in cases where the issue is due to our fault.
  • If your Christmas tree is damaged during transport or does not meet our highest quality standards, we will gladly exchange or refund it.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us as soon as possible and within 48 hours of the delivery day.
  • Upon our discretion and approval, we will arrange a refund (see refund policy) or exchange, to be delivered on the next available delivery date.

Refund:

  • We generally do not provide refunds for delivered Christmas trees, except in cases where the issue is due to our fault and has been approved.
  • If a return is approved, a full refund will be issued back to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Types of Returns:

  1. Damaged during transport: If your Christmas tree is damaged during transport, we will provide a full refund or exchange within 7 business days of approval.
  2. Not meeting highest quality standards: If the Christmas tree does not meet our highest quality standards, we will offer a full refund or exchange within 7 business days of approval.

Exchange of Christmas Tree:

  • We may consider exchanging a Christmas tree on a case-by-case basis, subject to a fee.
  • The Christmas tree must be in its original state for an exchange to be possible.
